Zahálka has won the prestigious Best of Realty award. The project was ranked 2nd in the category of Large Scale Residential Projects.The expert jury appreciated the Zahálka Residence for its architecture and the use of energy-saving technology, they also highlighted the extensive use of greenery in the project, in particular the development of a park, a community garden, a playground for children and also a playground for pets.
Each year, the best completed residential projects are nominated for the competition. Projects are assessed on the basis of various criteria that take into account the setting of the project in the surrounding area, its contribution to the location, urban and architectural solutions including internal layouts, success in the market and, last but not least, the consideration given by the project to the environment.
