Zahálka won in two categories at the Czech Real Estate Awards 2019: Judges’ Award and Architects’ Award. Although it met with strong competition from a number of residential projects, Zahálka stood out for its extraordinary architecture and seamless fit into the highly attractive surrounding area.
With these awards the real estate community confirmed that the strong interest in living at Zahálka is well founded. The structural work will be completed in the next few days, and most of the units have already been sold or reserved. As the completion date approaches, demand has risen especially for investment in smaller units to rent out at a profit. Even so, the greatest acclaim Zahálka could ask for is that the vast majority of new unit owners are planning to make it their new home.
