Zahálka Residence received the Jury Award in the Project of the Year 2024 competition.

In the Estate Awards competition the project ranked in 3rd place in the category Residential Project - Affordable Housing.

The expert public appreciated the exceptional quality of Zahálka's architecture and its harmony with the attractive Hodkovičky locality in which it is set. At the same time, it confirmed the attractiveness of the project and the reason why there is still great interest in living at Zahálka.
